1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SMS Activate, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Provided Services
We provide temporary phone numbers to receive automated SMS verification codes. These numbers are rented on a pay-on-success model. If a rented number does not receive an SMS during the 20-minute lease window, the user is not charged.
3. User Responsibility
Users are strictly prohibited from using our services for fraudulent transactions, harassing calls/texts, spamming registration grids, or any other illegal activities. Accounts engaging in system abuse will be permanently banned, and their balance forfeited.
