SMS Activate provides a fully automated API for programmatic users who want to lease temporary phone numbers at scale.

1. Authentication

Obtain your API key from your account dashboard under settings. All API requests must include the header:

X-API-KEY: your_api_key_here

2. Base URL

https://api.smsactivate.uk

3. Core API Endpoints

• GET /api/operators?country=2: Retrieve lists of available operators for a specific country.
• GET /api/numbers-info: Current stock and pricing for service and country combinations.
• POST /api/order-number: Rent a new number dynamically. Body: { "service": "tg", "country": 2 }.
• GET /api/active-numbers: List your currently active number leases.
• GET /api/number-status/{order_id}: Retrieve the activation status and SMS code.
• POST /api/cancel-number/{order_id}: Cancel lease and request a refund.
• GET /api/balance: Check your current account balance.

4. Billing

Orders are charged on success only. If no SMS code arrives within the rental window, the order cancels automatically and the amount is returned to your balance.
